Disclaimer

Designs and measurements may seem slightly different than the ones shown in the website, due to slight tweaks or improvements, as well as the handmade nature of the items. Colors may look different in person due to screen monitor variations.

Name Customization

Name customization is available for selected designs only. Sample name customization images are provided only to give a rough picture of how items would look like with the personalization.

Choice(s) of name placement and font type will be given, and the size of font used is subjected to the length of your name. Previews of your customized item(s) will not be provided and confirmed orders will not be exchangeable or refundable.

SGD 2.00 will be charged for every name added. Please note that name customization services will not be available to paypal customers at the moment.

Account information will be given to you upon order confirmation.
Please retain your transaction receipt for verification purposes.

Upon making your payment, please email us the following information:

Amount transferred
Transaction reference number
Your internet banking nick
Date and time transferred
Your mailing address (if it is a gift, the receipient name and address)

Paypal
To make your payment with paypal, kindly make your purchases at our Ecrater Shop . Please note that name customization services will not be available to paypal customers at the moment.

Shipping

Singapore
As Inkmaginarium's designs are handmade-on-demand to ensure quality and to accomodate the customizable nature of some products, please allow 1-3 working* days for production and 1-3 working* days for local normal mail. If you need your item(s) urgently, feel free to drop us a special request along with your order and we will work something out.

*Working day(s) refers to any day except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

International
Standard regular mail usually varies with destination. Shipping can take anywhere from 7 to 16 days. Please allow additional 1-3 working* days for production of pieces. Likewise, if you need your item(s) urgently, drop us a special request along with your order and we will work something out. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. Inkmaginarium will not be responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.

Refunds & Exchanges

Items sold are not refundable and we are not liable for any loss or damage of items once they are mailed out, hence we strongly recommend our customers to opt for registered articles at an additional small fee of SGD 2.24. Items are usually checked and bubble wrapped before sending out.

However, we understand that there are always unforseen situations. In the unlikely case of a problem with our work, please email us as detailed as possible your description and preferably pictures of the product(s) within 7 days* after items have been sent out from our end. We always believe in working together to resolve any problem.

*For international orders, kindly contact us within 5 days after expected date of receiving your parcel
